My life currently is all about doing things I have never done before. I am on an exciting path in my life and my most currently I am rearranging not only my life but my body too. Since June 27, 2012 I have lost 27 lbs. and still can't believe I have gotten this far.
As of late, more and more people are asking me, " How are you doing it ?" and so I decided I wanted to share this journey with others. If it inspires someone to take one step forward on their own journey of better health, or helps them to feel more comfortable in their own skin, or make a better choice for their life, then it is worth it. And it helps keep me honest. Writing is my own accountability to all of you of how I am actually doing, what my challenges are and what small successes there are along the way.
I am equally excited to look backwards and discover how I got to where I am and look with anticipation to the "aha" moments to come. There are many different dieting/health/fitness blogs out there - and to them I add mine. I hope you find something in it that inspires you - and if it does, please share it with those in your circle of influence. The best gift you can give to another is the wisdom you discover and pass along so someone else can claim it for themselves as you did.
And with that my journey begins!
